Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BSME or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a large manufacturing facility.
• 5–10 years regional or territory sales experience.
• Ability to make product recommendations based on customer feedback.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish distributor and end-user relationships in a regional territory.
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new end-user accounts.
• Saturate current customers and channel partners with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering for quotations and problem resolution.
• Provide training for operators, engineering, and management.
• Develop sales plans and achieve defined quotas.
• Maintain CRM data and reports.
