Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace company, is seeking an RX Inspector to perform receiving inspections, verify parts and serial numbers, and document findings at our US site in Georgia. You will coordinate with suppliers and quality engineers to ensure conformance and maintain accurate records on incoming material.

The role requires on-site work, basic inspection skills, and the ability to obtain an RX stamp within three months.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Basic knowledge and proficiency of inspection methods.

Responsibilities

Perform visual inspection of purchased parts and materials.
Verify part, serial numbers, part numbers, and deviations, check for obvious damage/defects.
Complete inspection records, logs, and rejection reports.
Communicates in writing and verbally on concerns with supplier conformance. Unload parts from courier truck at loading dock, ability to obtain PIV license. Complete invoice and packing slips to ensure customer payment.
Obtain RX inspection stamp within 3 months in role
