Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support production and development of multi-function RF modules for aerospace/defense. You will perform RF testing, troubleshoot hardware, and collaborate with hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams across the product lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting, experience with RF testing equipment, and microwave simulations. Training and transition through shifts will apply in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience troubleshooting designs in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience using RF/microwave test equipment.
• Experience with microwave simulation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF testing and hardware troubleshooting on complex modules.
• Support production and manufacturing activities across the full lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production and integration issues and resolve root causes.
