Job summary

Boeing Technology Innovation (BTI) is hiring a Product Repair and Modification Technician in Smithfield, Pennsylvania. The role supports Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Defense Space and Security on multiple lines, performing repairs, modifications and testing as part of a high-precision team.

Associate and Mid-Level technicians will work with aerospace components, follow engineering drawings, validate systems, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft components maintenance, repair and overhaul.
• Understanding of environmental processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble and troubleshoot aerospace assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft components per engineering drawings and specs.
• Assemble, disassemble and troubleshoot assemblies to correct failures.
• Document repairs and test results with precise records.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow non-conformance processes and consult engineering as required.
