AAR Corp in Greensbo ro, NC, is seeking an Inspector, Receiving to perform incoming material inspections for the repair station. You will calibrate equipment, evaluate results, and ensure airworthiness while meeting FAA and customer standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, FAA certificate or eligibility, and 5+ years of inspector/technician experience on heavy transport aircraft. Safe handling of materials and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate or eligible for FAA Repairman certificate.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience as a technician or Inspector on heavy transport aircraft.
• FAR 21, FAR 43, FAR 65, FAR 121, FAR 125, and FAR 145 familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming material and receiving for the repair station.
• Set up/calibrate equipment and interpret results to applicable standards.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining quality and airworthiness.
• Inspect aircraft and components for safety, workmanship, and serviceability.
• Perform receiving inspection for new and continued service parts.
• Monitor deliveries and shipments for proper condition and documentation.
• Complete required paperwork and operate ground support equipment safely.
