Job summary

Vastika Inc. is seeking an experienced Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Engineer / System Safety Engineer to support aerospace projects in Everett, WA. The role focuses on reliability, maintainability, and system safety analyses for aircraft subsystems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on FTA and FMEA/FMECA experience and strong knowledge of propulsion, flight controls, landing gear or ECS, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. Boeing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of aerospace or aircraft systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
• Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA).
• Knowledge of propulsion, flight controls, landing gear, or Environmental Control Systems (ECS).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: Previous Boeing experience and commercial aircraft systems expertise.
