Job summary

B&E Manufacturing Company in Garden Grove, CA, seeks an R&D Lab Technician to perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tests on prototype and production fluid fittings. You will inspect parts, set up tests, record results, and help develop new test procedures in support of aerospace applications.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, familiarity with aerospace specs, and experience with precision testing tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and procurement specifications.
• Understanding of test equipment and lab procedures.
• Knowledge of air and fluid mechanical systems and hydraulic test stands.

Responsibilities

• Inspect test parts for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Set up units and subassemblies for mechanical and hydraulic tests.
• Record test results accurately and prepare reports.
• Develop and write new laboratory test procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
• Adhere to HSE procedures and safety standards.
