Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or logistics in a military context.
• Experience with Navy/NAMP procedures and quality processes.
• Experience with electrical/avionics repair techniques and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate non-conformances and disposition per quality procedures.
• Analyze product quality against requirements and government regulations.
• Conduct failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
• Train and mentor staff on Quality Management System.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and document corrective actions and validate their effectiveness.
• Review corrective action plans and ensure timely completion.
• Guide configuration management and quality procedures for software products.
