Job summary

ExoTerra Resource, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to ensure quality across IRAD and production for propulsion hardware such as PDS, Thruster, and PPU. Based in Littleton, Colorado, the role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive nonconformances, CAPAs, and continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in aerospace quality, with strong cross-functional communication and knowledge of AS9100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or aerospace quality systems.
• Experience managing nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Experience with AS9100 or equivalent quality systems.
• Ability to lead root-cause investigations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Export control/ITAR compliance for U.S. Persons.”

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the assigned product group across IRAD and production efforts.
• Ensure quality performance and product compliance for hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on nonconformances and dispositions.
• Lead and support root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Provide production support and sign-off on quality documentation.
