Job summary

Surestaff, LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a General Manager / Operations & Quality Manager for a precision metal finishing and aerospace manufacturing facility. You will lead technical, quality, production and operational activities and steer the facility toward NADCAP and AS9100 readiness.

You will oversee finishing processes (anodizing, chem film, passivation, zinc plating, electroless nickel), implement QMS, manage ERP work orders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in precision metal finishing and chemical plating.
Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and processes.
Experience preparing facilities for NADCAP and AS9100 audits.
Proven leadership managing production teams and shop floor operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical authority for metal finishing and plating operations.
Oversee finishing processes including anodizing, chem film, passivation, zinc plating, and electroless nickel plating.
Lead and support NADCAP and AS9100 preparation and audits.
Develop and maintain quality management systems and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with aerospace specs and customer requirements.
Direct daily shop floor operations and manage production schedules.
