Job summary

Rolls-Royce Deutschland seeks a Services Quality Manager (f/m/d) to join the Quality team in Dahlewitz, reporting to the Head of Quality. You will lead quality initiatives, oversee relationships with customers and service partners, and drive non-conformance resolution to protect the business.

Role requires 8D problem-solving experience, strong analytics and project management, and fluency in German and English. You will collaborate with global teams to improve quality and safety across services.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering / industrial engineering or quality management.
• Aerospace quality experience.
• Experience with 8D problem solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of PART 145, AS9110 and related standards.
• Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Auditor training or qualification advantageous.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer/service partner relationships regarding quality.
• Lead activities to manage non-conformance and protect the business from quality or service failures with effective problem resolution.
• Support Right First Time through coaching and application of error prevention methodologies.
• Provide reports and insight related to quality and safety into governance reviews.
• Identify and lead changes to the management/operating system to mitigate risks and eliminate waste.
• Review compliance and risks using data-driven methods for risk mitigation.
• Contribute to internal/external quality assessments (audits).
• Coach and promote understanding of regulations, customer requirements and business strategy for quality and safety.
