Job summary

Glendee Corp in Moorpark, CA, is seeking a Quality Inspector for aerospace manufacturing. The role is hands-on, focusing on in-process and first-article inspections of machined aerospace parts with strong GD&T and surface-plate experience.

You will use micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and profilometers, document results in MRP systems, and support NCR investigations while complying with ITAR and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inspecting aerospace or military parts (metal only).
• Hands-on dimensional inspections on a surface plate.
• Strong GD&T, dimensional and visual inspection skills.
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 and ANSI Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and first-article inspections of precision-machined aerospace components.
• Perform dimensional inspections using surface plates and precision inspection equipment.
• Record inspection results in MRP systems.
• Mentor junior inspectors and support team development.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ITAR and internal procedures.
