Job summary

Dynamic N/C, LLC seeks a detail-focused Quality Inspector to assure products meet quality standards and regulations. You will use precision tools, perform audits, and maintain the quality system to ensure product integrity.

Responsibilities include conducting in-process, incoming, and final inspections, training staff, and driving process improvements to reduce cycle times. Strong aerospace knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem solving with prioritization ability.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to read aerospace BOMs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, incoming, final, and other inspections as needed.
• Train inspectors and machine operators on inspection processes.
• Communicate daily with supervisors to address priorities.
• Identify roadblocks and drive process improvements.
• Review non-conforming product and document root causes.
• Follow Quality Management System and safety standards.
