Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management systems.
• Understanding of GD&T as per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficiency with standard inspection tools and basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts and finished components.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications per ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
• Maintain inspection records, calibration status, and traceability documentation.
• Identify nonconforming conditions and collaborate on containment and corrective actions.
• Support audits, customer visits, and quality system compliance activities.
