Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product inspection in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Expertise using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators to verify specs.
• Knowledge of quality standards and documentation practices for regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Document results and report non-conformances for corrective action.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration standards are met.
