Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is hiring Experienced Quality Inspectors (Level II) for 2nd shift to inspect engine parts using precision tools, review specs and blueprints, and ensure aerospace standards are met.

This role includes a 12% shift differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. First shift is also available. You will document results, prepare FAI packages, collaborate with engineering and production, and participate in continuous improvement while complying with ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• 2+ years of GD&T experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections of engine parts using precision measurement tools; review specifications and blueprints to ensure compliance with aerospace standards; identify and disposition non-conforming parts.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and submit FAI packages and special process documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in CI initiatives to optimize inspection techniques.
• Training Support: Assist in training new team members on inspection protocols.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, quality regulations and company policies.
• Problem-Solving: Use root cause analysis to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
