Job summary

Truline Industries in Wickliffe, Ohio, is hiring an Inspector to perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections on precision aerospace parts. You will read GD&T drawings, set CMM programs, document results, and communicate issues to manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or other technical documents.
• Ability to operate a CMM.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections on close tolerance machined parts.
• Verify measurement of stock material in early operations and read GD&T on drawings.
• Set gage blocks and gages, retrieve and run CMM programs.
• Create First Article Inspection reports per AS9102 and document results.
• Review shipments for completeness and accuracy and sign off on shipper documents.
