Job summary

Anduril Industries in Waltham, MA is seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team. You will conduct inspections, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality assurance protocols, ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet high standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on inspection, data-driven improvement, and strong collaboration across engineering and production to uphold Anduril's stringent quality policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience within the Aerospace industry.
• Experience with calibrated inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, CMM).
• Experience reading engineering drawings and CAD.
• GD&T knowledge and understanding of tolerances.
• Experience inspecting machined parts and electrical/electronic components (PCBs, power supplies, wire harnesses).
• Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949 or similar QMS.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with engineering and production.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to create inspection plans for incoming materials and assemblies.
• Execute equipment calibration and shelf-life verification programs.
• Support Material Review Board processes.
• Support internal and external audits of processes and procedures.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity and quality.
