Job summary

This is an active floor role reporting to a Quality Supervisor; it requires attention to detail, knowledge of inspection processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of equivalent experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with measurement tools and quality inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final visual inspections of composite aerospace parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Document inspection results by written reports and electronic data entry into database or SAP.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools for dimensional checks.
• Identify and document nonconformances and support quality engineering decisions.
• Support and engage in the Quality System and continuous improvement initiatives.
