Qualifications

• Leadership: 1+ years in supervisory or team lead roles.
• Knowledge: Quality Management Systems and process improvement methods.
• Skills: ability to read engineering drawings and apply manufacturing best practices.
• Eligibility: US Persons preferred due to ITAR requirements.
• Education: High School Diploma mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead Inspectors to ensure quality and efficiency in daily duties.
• Coach and mentor employees to enable growth and performance.
• Allocate resources to support production schedules and customer needs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive daily quality improvement actions.
• Oversee FAIR preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage non-conforming material dispositions and related documentation.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits and safety programs.
