Genpact in Rutland, VT is hiring a Product Quality Engineer to support QA activities across product development and manufacturing. You will resolve quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires aerospace experience, hands-on inspection of components, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality products and meet standards such as

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in aerospace industry.
• Hands-on experience with inspection of electronic, mechanical, and/or electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong oral, written communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Create inspection criteria for in-process and final inspection per requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address non-conformances.
• Perform mechanical measurements using scales, calipers, and gauges.
• Prepare reports and data summaries.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
