Job summary

CMI Group seeks a Quality Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to work onsite in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Responsibilities include internal audits, NCR disposition, RCCA, and quality process reviews. Minimum 5 years in aerospace and US Person per ITAR are required.

Candidates should hold a technical Bachelor's degree and be able to operate in a team or independently, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. 40+ hours/week available.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of FAIRS, inspection, PPAP, APQP is required.
• Problem solving in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work well with a team or independently as needed.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aerospace field.
• Must meet the US Person requirement due to ITAR.

• Performing quality reviews of planning of processes
• Assist in quality clinics, nonconforming material review and disposition
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
