Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a Greater Phoenix area aerospace manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. You will lead the quality organization, overseeing quality engineering, test engineering, final and in-process inspection, and receiving inspection.

You will drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality systems, and support audits with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of quality leadership experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Background in electronics, avionics, or power distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Expert knowledge of FAA quality-system requirements.
• Quality System Lead Auditor experience.
• Strong Continuous Improvement and RCCA experience.
• Experience leading quality engineers, test engineers, and inspection teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality engineering, test engineering, final and in-process inspection, and receiving inspection.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen quality systems.
• Support customer and regulatory audits.
• Resolve quality issues across manufacturing and the supply chain.
