Times Microwave Systems in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing team. You will help coordinate Quality Engineers across sites for First Article Inspections and FAIR packaging, and present product documentation to customer inspection teams to ensure smooth acceptance. The role requires AS9100/AS9102, FAI/FAIR proficiency, and strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Proficiency in using DISCUS and Net-Inspect for FAI and FAIRs.
• Proficiency in AS9100 and AS9102 (First Article Inspection and Reporting).
• Experience in new product qualification and validation testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain AS9100 quality requirements.
• Ensure QC inspections for First Articles and lot manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production to prevent quality issues.
• Review drawings, BOMs, test protocols, and ECOs.
• Provide technical guidance and training on quality standards.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify processes.
• Participate in FMEA teams and gather manufacturing inputs.
• Implement continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
