Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related STEM field).
Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance.
Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of quality tools like root cause analysis and control plans.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and collaborative work.
Responsibilities
Review engineering drawings and specifications for quality requirements.
Support First Article Inspections and perform in‑process inspections.
Assist in root cause analysis for non‑conformances and implement CAPAs.
Monitor key quality metrics and report findings.
Help develop and improve quality control plans and procedures.
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement activities.
