Job summary

Aero-Hose, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure aerospace hose products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements throughout manufacturing.

You will support the QMS, product compliance, process improvement, and lead CAPA activities to deliver safe, reliable assemblies and components. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace, aviation, or hose manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and other aerospace quality standards.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, and other quality improvement tools.
• ASQ CQE certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to automate and execute customer surveys.
• Support ERP QT9 integration into daily quality operations.
• Perform contract reviews, configuration management, and create new production routers.
• Manage certifications, FAIs/AS9102, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Lead CAPA and verify effectiveness of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Support audits, including AS9100, and supplier quality activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to shorten turnaround times.
• Prioritize daily quality activities to ensure on-time release and shipping.
