The role requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, AS9100/Nadcap familiarity, and a Bachelor’s in engineering. It offers a day shift, on-site work, and opportunities to collaborate with OEMs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing.
• AS9100 and Nadcap familiarity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and measurement tools proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/QMS systems, preferably Syteline.
• FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with aerospace OEMs and suppliers to resolve technical issues and interpret engineering specs and drawings.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce Cost of Poor Quality.
• Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements across production.
• Support FAA Repair Station return-to-service authorizations.
• Host audits and customer visits and train cross-functional teams on quality best practices.

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (DOE) | FAA Repair Station Environment

Your Mission

• Partner directly with aerospace commercial, defense, and space OEMs and suppliers, to resolve technical issues and interpret engineering specs and drawings.

Your Flight Plan

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, hands‑on with measuring tools, ERP/QMS systems (Syteline preferred), and technical documentation.
