Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management systems or aerospace manufacturing quality or related experience.
• Five years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience or training.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages quality area functions ensuring product compliance across manufacturing.
• Audits shop order documentation for compliance with quality manuals.
• Maintains NCR system, tracks trends, and reports to PMC/WASI management.
• Prepares for internal or customer audits through quality systems and training.
• Promotes world-class quality standards and trains personnel.
• Audits systems for AS9100 compliance and supports management meetings.
• Communicates non-conformances and drives corrective actions.
• Acts as a key member of the management team and supports production decisions.
