Job summary

Tessera is seeking an Aerospace Quality Clerk to join our manufacturing team in Auburn, Washington. The clerk will maintain quality records, ensure data accuracy, and verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Typical duties include maintaining controlled quality records, verifying inspection certificates, supporting AS9100 audits, reviewing documentation before shipment releases, and reading blueprints. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years aerospace or commercial manufacturing experience required.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and other drawings is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controlled quality records and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify inspection records and certifications.
• Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance.

• Read and interpret drawings.
• Operate Drill Press and Rivet Press per procedures.

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Tessera is seeking an Aerospace Quality Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team in Auburn, Washington. The Aerospace Quality Clerk is responsible for maintaining qualityrecords,ensuringdata accuracy, and verifying compliance with customerandregulatoryrequirements.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain controlled quality records and ensure data accuracy.

• Verify completeness of inspection records and certifications.

• Maintain quality records in accordance with AS9100 requirements.

• Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance to established standards.

• Perform reviews of documentation prior to the release of shipments.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Drill Press Operation

• Rivet Press Operation

• Countersink and Nutplates per BAC5004

• Deburr per BAC5300, section 11.2.2

• Read / Interpret Drawings

• All Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1 - 3 years of previous Aerospace or Commercial Manufacturing experience is required.

• Combination or previous experience and education will be considered.

• Familiarity with ISO9001:2015/AS9100D is preferred. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as AS9100 and or ISO:9001 is preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and other visual specification layouts is preferred.

• Must have strong writtenandverbalcommunicationskills, strong administrative and organizational skills,high attentiontodetail,andstrong timemanagement.

• Must maintain professional demeanor.

• Must be proficient withMicrosoftOfficeapplications.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
