Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality and Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing with inspection experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or lawful U.S. person required due to ITAR considerations.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically inspect machine components using precision measuring tools (micrometer, height stand, caliper, bore gauge, CMM).
• Set up inspection equipment for shop floor use.
• Sample in-process components to verify engineering specifications.
• Inspect final components to drawings, specs and procedures.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components.
• May perform nondestructive and destructive testing.
• Operate CMM and UT inspection equipment; training possible.
