Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform dimensional, visual, receiving, and final inspections of aerospace components and materials. The position includes 2nd shift with a $2.00 shift differential, requiring at least 1 year of aviation/aerospace experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection, receiving inspection, and in-process quality verification activities.
• Inspect products, materials, and components to ensure compliance with drawings and customer specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensional and visual requirements.
• Record, evaluate, and report inspection and quality data; document nonconforming conditions.
