Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a division of Parker Hannifin, seeks a QA Inspector 2 at Exotic Metals Forming Division in Washington. You will support quality planning, modify inspection instructions and liaise with Quality Engineering.

You will read drawings with GD&T, use TipQA, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Infor XA and Discus, and help with manufacturing documentation. A technical degree or relevant experience is required; supervision provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Analyze customer and internal quality documents for engineering review.
• Proactive, results-driven QA mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify inspection instructions as needed.
• Liaise between Inspection and Quality Engineering.
• Support Quality Clinic activities and processing.
• Review manufacturing plans, specifications, procedures and purchase orders for QA approval.
• Read drawings with basic GD&T understanding.
• Utilize TipQA, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Infor XA and Discus.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude and represent QA as a resource to the department.
• Work under guidance from Quality Engineering or Supervisor.
• Possess relevant outside experience or technical degree.
