Job summary

HEICO is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to join the corporate team in Hollywood, FL. This full-time direct-hire role focuses on quality assurance, audits, and oversight of FAA regulations across HEICO Parts Group.

As a Quality Leader, you will drive corrective actions, support process improvements, and collaborate with BUs to ensure regulatory compliance and robust quality documentation. A BS in engineering plus 5+ years in aerospace quality is required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years product realization experience including design, process design and development, process analysis, source substantiation, quality planning and first article inspection reviews.
• Aerospace product quality experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mutually trustful relationships with the Technical Services team and BU personnel.
• Assess BU compliance to quality manual, FAA regulations, and corporate policies through desk reviews and onsite audits.
• Classify nonconformances and generate audit reports.
• Facilitate closure of corrective and preventive actions from audits.
