Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven QA Engineer experience with SDLC and quality assurance processes.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies: test planning, design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python/JavaScript/Ruby).
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute quality assurance strategies and test plans.
• Test software applications, systems, and processes to ensure quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align test cases with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and QA best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to process improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and improve existing QA tools and processes.
• Generate and analyze test reports for stakeholders.
