Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality systems across our aerospace products and processes. You will monitor processes, implement improvements, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with ISO 9000.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a college diploma in mechanical engineering technology, strong analytical and written communication skills, and experience with internal audits and supplier

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and present information on factors such as production capabilities, remanufacturing problems, trends and proposed process changes.
• Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors.
• Monitor, review and conduct sub-contractor audits in liaison with supplier development.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify non-conformance trends.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
