The role collaborates with engineers to ensure flight-ready hardware and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should have hands-on manufacturing experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a technical school or 3+ years related experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and basic shop tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and test prototype hardware/assemblies.
• Support development of work instructions and procedures.
• Maintain a safety-first work environment.
• Follow engineering planning and execution documents.
• Maintain product pedigree through manufacturing documentation.
