Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property control or related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers in support roles.
• Ability to operate forklift, golf cart, and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Verifying and tagging property and materials received.
• Routing property and materials to storage destinations.
• Maintaining records and logs of property transactions.
• Conducting periodic property and material inventories.
• Preparing asset and property reports for internal use and audits.
• Coordinating shipments and preparation of materials for delivery.
• Interacting with internal/external customers in support roles.
