Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dedicated Project Manager in McMinnville, OR, to oversee multiple project activities and align stakeholders from customers to executives. You will develop status reports, assess risks, and drive problem-solving with engineers and management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, forecast BOMs, and ensure on-time, compliant deliverables while adhering to AS9100-style practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, and contract management is required.
• Background in project management, program management, engineering, CAM, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and Business Development to understand project scope and requests.
• Provide leadership aligned with company values and oversee multi-functional teams.
• Collaborate on BOM design and budget forecasting; assist other PMs with deliverables.
• Analyze project risks and assist in developing risk mitigation plans.
• Develop project plans and proposals and manage project management tools.
• Interface with vendors for outsourced parts and manage deliverables on schedule.
