The role focuses on standardizing project management and project controls, collaborating with engineering, design, and construction teams, and delivering cost and schedule insights across multiple programs. You will develop processes, configure systems, and create training materials to ensure high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management.
• Experience developing and implementing cross-functional processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and clients.
• Experience with project management and information management systems.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data for insights.
• Experience managing costs across large programs.
• Experience developing program and project level reporting (schedules, cost data).
• Experience applying formal change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills focused on performance improvement and optimization.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
