Job summary

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior with at least 6 months until graduation after internship.
• Pursuing a degree in a business-related field and enrolled in a university program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in actual projects and contribute to team objectives.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
• Participate in workshops to understand the business and company culture.
• Effectively communicate ideas, progress, and findings to team members and leadership.
