The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years in aerospace production is required, along with skills in TIG welding and CAD/CAM systems. The role offers a salary between $100,000 and $105,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum of 10 years aerospace experience.
• 5 years in sheet metal forming, TIG welding, or machining.
• Ability to innovate and reduce costs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with manufacturing methods defined on customer drawings.
• Approve new and revised customer purchase orders.
• Manage Bills of Material for assigned projects.
• Lead customer product reviews and ensure milestone plans are completed.
