Job summary

Williams International invites applications for an Intern - Program Management (Summer 2027) at their World Headquarters in Pontiac, MI. The Project Management Intern will assist the Program Management team under the guidance of a Senior Program Administrator or Program Manager, focusing on project coordination and administration.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimates, scope of work, and schedules for customer requests for proposals, administering post-award activities to meet budgets

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum of 60 credit hours (junior/senior or Master's)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better (preferred)
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Position may require U.S. Government security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions for customer RFPs
  • Coordinate and administer account after award to ensure budgets, payments, and contract closure
  • Coordinate communications with customers and other parties to meet contractual and company needs
