Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Non-Technical Intern for a comprehensive summer internship in a collaborative aerospace and defense environment. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real projects, mentored by professionals, and participating in cross‑functional workshops that expose you to business operations and company culture.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, documentation, and contributing to team objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college or technical school with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Currently enrolled in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in actual projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals in your field.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
• Participate in workshops designed to provide a deeper understanding of the business and company culture.
• Effectively communicate ideas, progress, and findings to team members and leadership.
