Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced program manager to coordinate proposals, budgets, and contracts, acting as the primary customer contact for program activities. You will lead integrated product teams and drive milestones, schedules, and technical performance across engineering lifecycles.

The role requires EVMS experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and US citizenship. Occasional travel and collaboration with internal teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with project and/or program management including Earned Value Management, schedule management, critical path analysis and risk/opportunity management.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment while dealing with complex unforeseen challenges, balancing technical, personnel, cost, and schedule factors.
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written skills as well as experience building key relationships at various levels of the organization and across functional areas.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one, or several, integrated product teams, interacting with engineers, adjacent functions, suppliers, and stakeholders to support products through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, and technical elements with cross-functional teams and provide resourcing support for success.
• Support business strategy and capture efforts with proposal support and management of lifecycles from start to finish.
• Oversee Earned Value Management and schedule status, risk management, and resource allocation for one or more Integrated Product Teams.
• Occasional travel.
