• Familiarity with aerospace repair processes, including XR, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), and welding, is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aerospace program deliveries through backend operations to support customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and expedite castings through Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and other required processing operations to meet delivery targets.
• Track program progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions to minimize delays.
• Provide daily program status updates to upper management, including delivery commitments, risks, priorities, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure successful program execution.
• Maintain accurate program tracking, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across departments.
• Develop a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and repair processes, customer requirements, and internal operating procedures.
• Take ownership of assigned programs and demonstrate the ability to manage increasing levels of complexity and responsibility over time.
