Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA, seeks a Production Technician II/III to support high-volume production test operations from 5:30am to 2:00pm. You will test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production of assigned products, parts, equipment, and systems under limited direction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, performing testing, and creating non-conformance reports with root-cause notes. Oakley safety and Crane policy adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a related field or equivalent education.
• Strong troubleshooting and electronics knowledge.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and procedures.
• English communication skills (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in production test operations through completion.
• Perform all testing operations within assigned functional area.
• Certify as a Crane Designated Quality Assurance Inspector to perform product inspections as required.
• Create non-conformance reports including detailed description of testing performed, resulting failure and initial root cause investigation results.
• Interpret and work in accordance with work orders, and engineering drawings, functional and acceptance test procedures, failure reports, manuals and all other applicable engineering and production specifications.
