Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes in compliance with aerospace industry standards and quality systems.
• Perform sampling and inspection of materials and components to ensure adherence to specifications and quality requirements.
• Apply coatings and paint finishes accurately, maintaining high standards of hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Climb ladders and access elevated work areas safely to perform production tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify production issues, contributing to continuous process improvements.
• Adhere strictly to process safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules, including working overtime when necessary.
