Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a Production Technician to overhaul, repair, refurbish, and reassemble aircraft components and related equipment in a safety‑driven shop environment. You will read engineering drawings, use precision tools, and collaborate across production, engineering, quality, and inspection teams to meet schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred) and experience in aircraft maintenance or MRO settings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, overhaul, or related industrial environments is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials, fasteners, and repair techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform overhaul, repair, and refurbishment on mechanical/structural assemblies.
• Remove, inspect, tag, and reinstall LRUs per procedures and manuals.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble components.
• Perform sheet metal work, drilling, riveting, and component replacement.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primers/coatings per standards.
• Read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Utilize hand/power tools and precision measuring equipment safely.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards; document inspections.
