Job summary

NC Dynamics LLC in the Greater Los Angeles Area is seeking a Production Support Helper to assist manufacturing operations, logistics, and maintenance on a full-time basis. The role supports CNC centers, material flow, and shop floor cleanliness while ensuring AS9100 standards and ITAR compliance where applicable.

The candidate will work with Manufacturing Floor staff, supervisors, and other CNC maintenance personnel, maintaining safety, quality, and traceability throughout daily production tasks.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• English communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
• ITAR compliance knowledge preferred.
• Experience in machine shop/CNC environment.
• Committed to safety and quality.
• Strong teamwork and training aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist shop floor with maintenance and logistics.
• Operate forklift to move raw material.
• Support movement of machined products between departments.
• Perform preventive CNC work center maintenance.
• Monitor coolant levels and disposal.
• Maintain 6S, FOD, and traceability.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Report to Machinist Supervisor daily tasks.
