Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard, mentor, and supervise transitioning service members.
• Ensure adherence to OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise vacuum bagging, cure cycles, and autoclave processes.
• Conduct final inspection readiness and coordinate cross-functional support.
